The following description is taken directly from the appraisal: The ring is centered with a square step cut diamond in a four-prong setting. The center is surrounded by a double halo, prong set with a total of thirty-nine (39) round brilliant cut diamonds (1 diamond missing). The ring measures 13.9mm at the top, rises 9.3mm above the finger, tapering to 2.2mm wide and 0.8mm thick at the base or the shank. Weight 4.97g. Size 7
