Antique pastel painting on paper depicting an idyllic cottage on a mountain lake with a mountain range in the background. Folk art style. Matted, unframed. The front of the painting itself is in remarkably good condition for its age. Piece is taped to mat board on the back as seen. Mat board has extensive aging/wear as seen, but was left intact to protect the piece. The edges of the mat board have been taped to prevent any paper dust from shedding onto the image.
